Wei-Shin Aluminum Co., Ltd. was the first company in Asia which introduced the US Wagstaff-Air Slip continuous casting machine in 1987. The company is capable of producing 5”~9” of high quality aluminum alloy billets. The monthly output is 1,600 tons.

The company is able to produce any kind of extrusion dies which can be attributed to the fully digitalized die design and processing, CNC and automatic machines. The company is capable of producing 200 dies monthly.

All of the extrusion presses, aluminum billet heat furnace, aging heat treating furnace, and pullers are fully digitalized. The company is cpable of using 5”~9” aluminum billets to produce any kind of extrusions and building materials for middle and lower stream clients. The recent output is 1,600 tons per month.

The company provides TIG welding, bending, and pressing to its own and clients' extrusion profiles. Such products and semi-products include aluminum alloy racks, different guide rails for fitness equipments, and ladders.

The company has whole-set of ispection instruments of different physical and chemical properties, which perform all inspection and testing for different standards, such as CNS, ASTM, and JIS. Other than the modification and cntrol of the different processes, we also guarantee the quality of the products.
